What’s the Future for Concord’s Gasholder? Can it be Saved?

Watch this video conversation between real estate consultant Stuart Arnett of ADG and the N.H. Preservation Alliance about future redevelopment options for this vacant landmark, part of the City of Concord’s southern gateway.

The building’s owner, Liberty Utilities, planned to secure a demolition permit for the iconic 1888 structure by the end of the 2020. The N.H. Preservation Alliance is working with the utility and the City of Concord to find a redevelopment solution which benefits the city, region and nation. Public input was encouraged after illustrated presentation of preliminary concepts.

Video runs 1hr 20mins.
